Today we made candy canes and attached a poem about Jesus. I read the poem to the kids, and shortly after art, the kids were passing around a baby doll taking turns burping "sweet baby Jesus". I love children's imaginations.
I had a parent thank me for incorporating Bible stories into our daily lessons. That's just one of the perks of working for a ministry. I need to hear the Bible stories more than the kiddos sometimes:)
